Amenities can be added to any charter upon request. We know how hard it can be to get the drinks and snacks when you’re not from the area, so just ask! We will be happy to provide everything for you at a minimal charge.
All rates are subject to change due to rising fuel costs, so check the web site often. There are no additional costs, hidden charges or booking fees.
Fish cleaning is available upon request for a charge of $3.00 per fish that are under 3 pounds and $1.00 per pound on fish that weight over 3 pounds. Some fish are cleaned away from pick up points so be prepared to pick them up the next day or prior to leaving town. Cleaning includes filleting and packaging, clients are reminded to always wash and inspect your fish before cooking. Packages can be frozen for your trip home if requested.
Booking: A rash of no-shows have forced us to start requiring a deposit. Our policy is to have half of the charters cost in the form of a credit card or check to reserve the date. The card number or check will not be processed unless a failure to show up for the charter occurs. Failure to show up for a charter will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A 5 day cancellation notice prior to the day of the charter is required for a full refund. A last minute cancellation for a reason like a death in the family or hospitalization requires written proof. The Reel Deal Charters, LLC reserves the right to cancel a charter for weather, safety, or maintenance reasons that would possibly endanger our passengers or equipment. Safety is always first with us!
Payment: We accept Master card, Visa, Discover, cash, checks, travelers checks and money orders. A $10.00 transaction fee will be added to all credit card or debit card payments.
Things to Bring: In South Carolina, sunscreen is a must during all weather. Creams seem to work better than the spray type. Bring what you plan to eat and drink (no glass bottles). Keeping hydrated is so important in the heat. A hat with a bill and a pair of polarized sunglasses will cut the glare on the water and may help you catch more fish, wear non-marking shoes. If you plan on keeping fish be sure you bring a cooler to transport them home.
Gift certificates are available and make great birthday and Christmas gifts, ask about our military and senior citizen discounts!
Customer Comments: Please feel free to give us an honest feedback of our performance, as your comments will only help us to provide better service. (the1reeldeal@aol.com)
